What a great morning. There was barely any wind
and the swell has stuck around. Bondi has waves around waist to head high
with quite a large crew out for the early. Water is still warm around
23 degrees. Wind will pick up this afternoon and blow NE 10/15 knots,
so this morning was probably the best time to get out there. The banks
are still quite straight at Bondi, so plenty of closeouts on the lower
tide. Low tide 10:56 High tide 17:05. This swell will continue to fade
into Friday before a new swell rockin’ back into town on Saturday. Weekend
is looking the goods.

The Mentawais islands in Indonesia has hot
waves. If you’re planning a trip, I’ve got a great boat for you called
SCAME. It’s a 72 foot beautiful sailboat that sleeps
6 people in 3 separate cabins. A fantastic French family of 3 basically
live permanently on the boat; occasionally running tours through the surf
