bedhead
These grey mornings don’t make it easy to get out of bed. At 7am I was watching Bondi spit out the odd 3 foot leftie worthy of a hack. A remarkably small crowd for probably the best day of the week so far…definitely the coolest with max of 20 degrees forecast. I like it. Well, with the 7am high tide it seemed to hold up quite nicely on our well groomed resident sand bank in the south. Lower tide it would probably close out with the increased size in swell. An approaching Northerly weather pattern is bringing NE winds and a new NE swell (not optimal for Bondi kids). Saturday should see east facing magnets enjoy good waves…only one shot from Bondi today due to rain. The rest I found in a little folder of gold from Smith’s Beach, WA shot earlier this year.

fade to black.
Tonight we’re heading to a jetski-tow-sunset-aerial extravaganza at Sydney’s Manly beach. (heard you have trees over there – is this true?). I am told from 4:30pm to 6:30pm there should be some big names such at Damien Hobgood, Benji Weatherley, Dion Agius and Reef Macintosh heading for outer orbit. All in the name of launching some new Anon sunnies.

I am pretty damn sure I’m not going to post a report tomorrow, so he’s my standard pump-up for my little Gallery in North Bondi. The address is 98 Brighton Boulevard, North Bondi and you’ll see a 8 years of my shutterbug addiction. Open Friday (10-5)Sat+Sun(10-4). If you’re too lazy to get off the chair, click on this link to have a look.
