Ah yes…crisp Autumn air, clear skies and a bakin’ sunrise over Ben Buckler. Not bad for a Monday morning. Shame about the waves/ripples. Beggin’ to break above your knee caps at the moment. The waves today are best suited to a 12 foot plank, 1 foot toddler/midget or if it’s your 1st day that you’ve ever seen the ocean. Today is the first of a 4 day flat spell so settle right on in and crank some work out for a change.

Since its flat you may consider working on your flexibility. Pilates at Tamarama with Elise Goodwin 0414 333 571 elisegoodwin@hotmail.com or yoga at the Dharma Sharla next to the a-bumper gallery on Brighton Boulevard, North Bondi. Classes are full of super-models (did I say that out loud?). God bless spandex (on women).

Big fire this morning at Swadlings Timber and Hardware warehouse (Rosebery) – casting a puff of smoke over Sydney. Could smell it down at Bondi…
