Large furnished sunny double bedroom in Clovelly available starting next weekend, August 3, 2008.
This 2 bedroom apartment is a located a little over a block to the beach, and about 3 blocks to the Clovelly Pub. 5 minutes walk to a bus that gets to the city in 30 minutes, and 15 minutes walk to Bronte for good surf.
The room has a double bed, dresser, large desk and chair, built-in wardrobe, and end table. Shared laundry in the apartment building.
I work during the week and climb/surf on weekends. I don’t own a TV – more into socialising, music, beach cliffs, reading, etc. I work for an environmental organisation and am passionate about sustainable living.
The room is $195/week + bills (gas, electricity, internet). However, all furniture, good company and music is included free of charge. There is ample free parking on the street.
The room is available for a short to long-term basis. Please send details about yourself.
