Shooting pictures on these dark, mundane 2 foot mornings is challenging. Let’s hope this cloud cover burns off real quick. Bondi has a choppy peak in the corner that occasionally produced something worth riding. Mostly duds though.
The swell charts show a subtle increase in period from 9.0 seconds to 9.8 seconds…and then onto 11 seconds tomorrow. Interesting. This may suggest a swell increase for the after work slash and then more tomorrow morning before fading away. Not much wind this morning but 10-15 knots of SE due later today. Low tide 3:50pm, high tide 9:23am, water temp 22 degrees.
Slam
Maroubra Beach is the second last SLAM event for the season. Either register a team online or come down to watch and join in on the fun. There’s DJ’s (Stafford Brothers & Johnny Gleeson) dancing, fancy dress and much more with the party kicking on at Ocean Bar, Coogee afterwards for the official after party. (sorry think I got some of the entertainment wrong in yesterday’s report)
