Seen better days that’s for sure… The wind and rain are taking over this town. Last night I thought my windows were going to cave in. At least the salt has been washed off the car, momentarily.
The winds are howling easterly, which pretty much give you no options for surfing today. The swell is building and waves were around 4-5 foot at exposed east locations. But wow, what a foaming mess. The board would blow clean out of your hands before hitting the water. Fughedaboudit. Wait until the wind dies down…
Here are some images of that island we found a couple weeks ago – not a soul in sight…just a long left and right wrapping around the island.
Yoga By the Sea
Yoga by the Sea will be running more indoor classes now that winter is here. You can find Sasha either indoors at Tamarama SLSC or outdoors at Icebergs. I have to admit I’ve started doing a few classes after years of harassment, and it definitely makes you more flexy in the surf. Ask Gerry Lopez. website
