Beach People

Basically today I took a photo of anyone who I had a chat with on my morning walk.

Friday’s are always busy with the Fluoro guys but with this record breaking warm weather it was exceptional.

Seize the day

On the 22nd June Andy Owens is paddling a stand up from North Bondi to Sunshine coast…some 1,000 kilometres…all in the name of raising money for Leukaemia. The paddle was inspired by our close family friend Nigel Harbach, who has been diagnosed with MDS (myelodysplastic syndrome) and has just undergone his second bone marrow transplant. Also, Xavier Slezak (12 year old) a North Bondi Nipper has also recently been diagnosed with Leukemia and is supporting Andy, Nigel and the Seize the Day Paddle for Leukemia. TO DONATE! Make a deposit into ‘Seize the Day’ Big Paddle Leukaemia BSB: 633000 Account: 144509411 or more information see this FB page or watch video.

Enjoy today, it’s amazing outside…

Swell arrives tomorrow – YES!

  1. Your photos are a breath of fresh air even if its smokey when your stuck in the middle of martial law,a military coup and a lockdown by thai army in Bangkok ! Can not wait to taste that water in my beloved Bronte……

  2. Heard about Andy Owens and his epic paddle. We did a similar paddle from Bne to Bondi on stand ups in Jan – would be happy to give some pointers on logistics and the tricky sections to help keep the guy safe! We had some scary run ins.

  3. I literally saw Charlotte on that wave in front of him and thought “Hmmm i bet there will be a photo on aquabumps with a caption Miss antarctica dropping in”! weird
