Dylan, slay

180

This morning did a complete 180.

At 6am you could hear the pitter-pattering of rain on our roof. I hit the snooze button a few times before rolling down to the beach. Upon arrival the clouds parted and it transformed into a nice day. Small waves as well, mainly the 2 foot variety. Bondi is in desperate need for some sand banks. It’s straight az…horrible. It’s an ENE swell so there will be other good options today.

Saturday afternoon is looking fun on the forecast in Sydney.

Eddie says NO GO.

After a very well hyped swell about to hit Hawaii, it’s official – the Eddie will not run tomorrow due to inconsistency and a lack of the minimum 40-foot wave face heights that the event requires for a full eight-hour day of competition, the event will wait this one out…phew…as I am about to fly to Hawaii and would miss it. What about PeÊ»ahi on Maui though – something will crank there, surely. More

Let’s go to the Mentawais.

You all know I love the place. Been 14 times now and booked again for this year in June. You too can travel to the Mentawais and sample the best waves on the planet. Charter boat Tengirri has spots available in early season (now) and throughout the year. Go on, treat yourself. Email the boys if you a single or want a group booking. More Info
