Another cracker morning with good conditions.
The wind is gently blowing offshore (NW) and we have decent small waves
around chest to head high range. It’s a clean SE south that seems
quite consistent. Water is a balmy 23 degrees – all this combined and
you’ve got a large early morning crowd, boards flying everywhere, 3 surfers
per wave – mayhem. Heaps of guys surfing middle Bondi bank, especially
the Mal crew which were picking up most the rides this a.m. There must
be a hand full of out of town breaks that would be going off today. If
you’re lucky enough to have the day off, best go for a drive. The wind
will swing around to the NE this afternoon and blow 10/15knots (as it
did yesterday). Low tide 11:45 High tide 17:53

Bondi Board riders ‘meet up’

This Friday night (16th April) at the Beach
Road Hotel, The Bondi Board riders are holding a informal hook up. Starting
off around 7pm it’s a good opportunity for existing members and
potential members to have a few beers in the beer garden of No Names (home
of the chicken mudflap). Under 18s can come down before 9:30pm.

Bondi Board Riders meet every second Sunday of every month
from April to December this year. 1st comp. is this Sunday 18th April.
We always meet at 8:30am next to the old skate ramp.
Divisions – cadets under 16s, juniors under 20 and open.

The Beach Road hotel is the key sponsor
