blood moon
Dayz like theze just make you just make you want to throw in the day job and spend the whole day down the beach. It’s perfectly sunny. Warm too. Fat 27 degrees. Oh and there’s waves. No lie. A consistent east swell is tickling our coastline with 3 footers. To top if off, there’s perfect grooming NW winds. The only indication of winter is the 18 degree water – but as I peer over that North Bondi hand rail near my gallery, I see hundreds of bods strewn along Bondi, soaking up the winter’s sun. Must be hard sitting in that cubicle in the shitty knowing we’ve got the best day (ever) outside. Well weather-wise. The surf is on the decline, tomorrow 2 foot, Thursday 1 foot, Friday flat. Full tides early in the morning making it fat as.

Tonight we have a freak lunar eclipse over Sydney. Basically at 6:50pm the earth’s shadow will block light from the sun to the moon – creating a red moon (Blood moon). Apparently Bondi is one of the best vantage points to view this and it’s rarely visible from our part of the world. So pick up a sixer, a rug, some hurricane ribs, oh don’t forget the girlie and sit on the hill at Bondi to watch our interplanetary show unfold.

morroco
Everyone talks about the waves in Morroco but I’ve never been (on the list). Now the healthy little frotha’s at SAMUDRA are running Yoga and Surf camps up that way. Time for a health kick? www.samudra.com.au
