u crack me up.
You guys crack me up. Really. I mean… I travel all over the globe hiding in little tubes, spending hours waiting on cliffs for good light, getting’ pummeled regularly, lugging 50 kilos of camera gear along the way…all in search of that epic wave shot…and yesterday I upload images of 40 girls in bikinis, shot 100 metres from my gallery and I get over 15,000 unique visitors (IN THE FIRST 2 HOURS!) yeah that’s right. So far over 24,000 of you little frotha’s bored at work have been through this online photo gallery of the Lynx Raft landing at North Bondi yesterday (that’s a record for click thrus on Aquabumps in 24hr timeframe). We’ll crack the hundjie by the weekend. Also thanks for the 136 emails of encouragement from all over the globe, oh, and don’t worry girls we’re not turning into RALPH mag.

Back to the beach now…

waves.
Basically there is none. These photoshopped dribbles down at Bondi were freak sets. It’s pretty much flat in between sets and breaking right on the shore. The tweaked colours are a poor effort to make something interesting of my bland morning shots.

But its sunny and 21 degrees today. 10-15 knots of NW offshore going variable by the afternoon. Swell totally bottoms out today and will go sub 1 foot by night fall. Good day to go lie out on the grass.

Later: yooj
(tough day in the office)
