South change lurks - about to dump

C O L D F R O N T

Quite a unusual morning in Sydney – sunny then stormy. It all began with semi-clear skies and a overnight spike in swell heights. Waves are now breaking 3 foot from the south and lookin’ tidy. The early morning high tide was bit of a problem – most waves I saw at Bondi were either fat or closing out – same round the corner. A lower tide will make things work better.

Around 7am clouds started to enter from stage right, creating some interesting lighting, and then a down pour occurred which has continued until now (11:30am). Winds are offshore (W) and will swing south east later today….so a lunchtime paddle is probably best.

Tomorrow looks good, 3-4 footers and offshores…can’t complain there – just pick the right tides. Sunday – same same – good as well. All weekend we’re blessed…great weeekend to get out of town. (sunny too!)

There is a big surfboard sale going down this weekend – boards from $299…everything must go, bags, accessories etc. Unit 1, 12 Ethel Ave (Cnr Miles Street) Brookvale NSW 10am to 4pm Telephone 9905 5975 for more details. (this weekend only)

Aquabumps Gallery is all stocked up and open Sat/Sun 10am to 6pm 151 Curlewis Street Bondi Beach NSW 2026. Come see us.

  1. What other settings did you use for the first shot mate?

I bought a new camera and am trying to get my head around it.

    Cheers.

  2. Uge,
