I’ve been waiting for an ugly Bondi morning to showcase our last hurrah in Mentawais. Today’s it! After an unimpressive 10 seconds down at Bondi Beach this morning I resorted to a coffee and direct route to the gallery. In my quick beach scan, I saw a super junkie 3-foot rainy mess out there. Really not the best of days.
A 2nd swell came up strong on our last day of the tour. Yes, it was proper pumping. The boys were totally surfed out but the entire boat came out for one last dance. Always good ending an epic trip on a high note.
I promise, no more overseas #wavep*rn from here on. Hopefully, we’ll get some little clean windows this week to shoot some chunky stuff.
