Shredbo*

The swell is up, the wind is howling onshore, and it’s raining again. Not the most photogenic of days – chilly too – ain’t it?

On the weekend, we strayed from the coast and ventured into the Snowy Mountains of New South Wales. The frothing little monsters loved it! It’s been years since I’ve been skiing in our home state. Thredbo put on some great weather and conditions…especially Friday which was a bluebird day (sunrise shots from Friday on the top of the hill).

My little hotdogs have barely seen snow before the weekend (we’re beach obsessed). It took my boys about 10 mins to progress from kiddy land to Blue runs. Like their Dad, we get down fast – it’s just not pretty! We’ll be back to the mountains – if not for snow, for mountain biking.

There’s a great week ahead of the snow. It was coming down constantly when I left on Sunday.
