For the third day in a row, the DroneSharkApp Guardian in the sky has spotted a sunrise white shark cruising around North Bondi. This one seems to have settled into the Bondi lifestyle, hanging around the northern end where the water’s clear and the fish are plentiful.
Makes you wonder… have they always been coming into the bay and we just never knew? Maybe. But this one is getting in nice and close, so I’m happy to sit this one out. Might even be time to head somewhere tropical for a surf.

Our mates at Surf Conservation have launched a fundraising campaign to help establish and protect Surf Protected Areas around the world — legally recognised surf breaks that safeguard the waves and the environment around them for future generations.
A few familiar names are getting behind it too, including Miguel Pupo, Bettylou Sakura Johnson and Seth Moniz, with the WSL matching donations made through their fundraising pages.
