Baby Oil

We have one foot of Easterly swell with barely a breath of wind this morning. Perfect, wasn’t it? Well, perfect for a swim.

I reckon if we had a sand bank at south, it would have actually broke for mal riders….instead it was surging up on to the shore, and plonking.

The sunshine is in abundance. Such a treat days like these.

Tomorrow will be different, some south winds and south swell (miniscule).

I lost a Da Fin Flipper size 9 this morning (like this). I was sitting on the shore, taking them off and a 1cm wave snatched it back into the ocean – never to be seen again. Just shows how powerful the undertow at South Bondi can be – it all happened in 1 second. I searched for ages. If you find it, I’ll give you a big Aquabumps book to say thanks.

  1. It’s time for waverley council to do something valuable for surfers and build the freaking artificial reef or two to support all swell directions. I will not whine at all if they pocket some of those funds of this project.
