glass
What began as a grey, humid, glassy morning with few surfers in the water has evolved into a 29 degree, sunny, cracker of a day.

The waves have switched on…quite unpredictable at the moment with a swell increase last night. 3 foot glassy peaks along Bondi at the moment. Good rights in the south end with a couple of combo peaks at middles. Winds will come from the NE later today – so all in all – great time to go surfing (think the swell is now coming from the south with 11 sec period = the goods).

busy weekend
Bondi (and most of Sydney’s beaches) were the busiest I’ve ever seen them. North Bondi was stacked with people…not a car bay within 2 kms. 3 days of non stop baby oil, big sunnies, shark alarms, helicopters, and beer. Lots of beer. North bondi grassy knoll had drinkers kicking off at 9am. That’s commitment.

Later, uge
