If you’re not stuck at a Christmas-lunch-booze-athon…might be a good idea to go for a little surf. It’s good. And it’s about time. 10 second period, 4-5 foot, sunny, currently light NE winds – yes kids Christmas has come early. And it’s going to be good all weekend but the peak of the swell is today (and it’s an east swell by the way)

We reaped the benefits of spending hours in the car from 5am this morning – found a reef break that slabs on 1 foot of water. Don’t ask me where. I slept all the way there. True. Damn good – throwing wide lips. The 3 young punks from Bondi hacked it to pieces.
