Ed Cunningham, navigating the underwater turmoil, Bondi 8am

Head-Count

After perusing the internet it was quiet obvious that the waves were going to be good this morning at Bondi.

West winds (offshore) + a good bank + south swell (streaming directly into Bondi) = stoke

Big crowd this morning. The bank is fickle though and only works on particular tides…making it hard to read.

For the non-surfers that read Aquabumps (plenty), today is a great day for a swim down the beach. A brief swim as the water is still cold.

I need something from you. So you’ve been reading Aquabumps for a few years now. Thank you. Sorry about all the typos and late updates. I need you to donate some hard earned crust to our main charity, SURFAID. Why? Well…Aquabumps have another team in the salubrious SURFAID CUP which is being held next month. It’s a surf comp but we all get together and have a fun day and raise money for this great cause. So help us out…donate now. Our team will be forever grateful.

  1. Hello,

Love the updates, bin getting them for years now. Just some feedback, the new font seems harder to read than the last one.

    cheers
    Richard

  2. Sir Uge, trust you are doing ridiculously well.

I like the subtle design tweaks, but since these were implemented the images aren’t loading when I open the email, nor when I click through to the online version. Have others few back a similar experience?

Disclaimer – I’m currently in Kuala Lumpur, where the Internet is often left wanting… but I don’t think it’s that..
