I was gonna work up some elaborate, convoluted story as to why I haven’t been shooting these past two days in Sydney – especially when it’s been pumping in parts….well…ahem…the truth of the matter is that I’ve got a sick little fella at home and a wifie on tour. This time of year our kids come home with all manner of bugs, nits and coughs. The local chemists are pumping too!
I’ve been drooling over some shots from the North side…a few from The Cape. It looks like this joyous East swell (4ft) is feeding into all our nooks and crannies. The mornings look clean, then an SSE windy junkification. I hope you scored a few.
Today’s photos come from my recent jaunt to WA where I shot Rottnest Island from a helicopter. Particularly around The Rotto Box area. I know there is a huge following of Aquabumps over west (Where I was born).
