Coastal People

It’s a much cooler day after the Southerly kicked in last night. The sky is full of clouds, but no sign of rain. No sign of smoke either. The water is a chilly 18 degrees and the waves are a messy waist-high. I didn’t see much quality around da ‘hood.

If you’re reading Aquabumps I can assume you’re a passionate coastal human. We have to protect our coastline, and this Saturday, at 12pm, you can help. It’s a National Day of Action, to #FightfortheBight. Yep, it’s on-again, your last chance to show your support against oil drilling off our beautiful coast. Beaches all over Australia are hosting a paddle out – and Bondi will be a huge one. Come down, 12pm, South Bondi – paddle out on anything, bring the kids. More Info
