Things are a bit volatile at the moment. Weather and surf is changing by the hour. Really hard to pick. I expected it to be bigger this morning (3ftish), but it was like a lake. Yesterdays winds swung around to the north making for a good arvo session, but now the swell has done a runner…

Summers bake was cooking earlier today with a light offshore breeze and crystal clear water. At 10am things had begun changing rapidly with cloud cover spreading and a howling W/NW wind at 25 knots. A freaky artic south change will rock into town this afternoon dragging us back into winter. The temperature will drop down to a strange 17 degrees tomorrow. Something is not right…Why? Perhaps check out a special WWF screening of Al Gore’s "An Inconvenient Truth", 6:30pm – Monday 20th November, Fox Studios Cinema Paris. Tix $20, $10 goes to WWF. website

What? No more closeouts? Local surfer Rob Stutz has a meeting with Waverley Council tomorrow night (Thurs Nov 15) at 6:30pm to discuss the possibilities of an artificial reef in the Bondi southern corner converting ‘the boot’ (behind Bergs) into a supabank. Rob 0405 140 973
