Offshore plumes

R O A R

This morning the sun came out to play – hooray! Kinda nice being able to take photos outside of the back seat of the van.

Swell is up and thumpin’. Bronte to Bondi has 4-6 footers with strong offshore winds early. No one out as it looks a little wild and crazy.

I’d head north to Palmie if you’re not working today….otherwise wait for it to calm down a little.

A week of sunshine ahead…finally.

Big right in the corner looks rideable!

Morning monsters creepin' into Tama bay full of fury

Big left into the Bergs

  1. UGE, hey
as always i think your photos are godlike,
but how do you get your colours (especially blues) so intense and ..Hi-lighted!
anyway keep it up mate your photos are superb,
    cheers Hugo

    P.S
is it the selective colour thing on photoshop or a setting on the camera??

  2. i went out there this morning about 6:30 and saw a massive seal out the back (it swam underneath me), pretty much in the middle of the beach. anyone ever seen a seal (or sea lion) at bondi before… i didn’t think they made it this far north!

  3. I wonder how we now define size of a wave, is 4-6 foot shoulder height, or is it like this day —Bondi 7:23am | Big left into the Bergs Image No. 17824 –” Bronte to Bondi has 4-6 footers with strong offshore winds early.” but no one out? What to small to ride?? we have to get some standards happening or I have only surfed up to 4 foot and I ride a 3 foot board??
