Bronzey

An 8 foot Bronze Whaler shark has claimed South Bondi to be his new home. He’s been pottering around ‘The Boot’ freaking people out for a few days now. The beach has been closed a few times since Thursday. For once, I was quite happy to surf with 100 people, a jetski, Clubbie IRBs, helicopters and buzzing drones. It appears he’s really quite friendly! I’ve called him Freddy. He’ll be back…

The waves were so fun all weekend. Weather wasn’t too shabby either. Clear skies for days!

You all know I’ve got a soft spot for New Zealand after my recent trip a couple of weeks ago. Love those Kiwis – apart from when they’re whipping us at Eden Park. Air NZ has employed some very special Men In Black to rap their way through the latest in flight video. It’s funny. View Video

Father’s day is Sunday September 6th – just under 3 weeks away. I bet he’d like a little custom artwork from our Aquabumps Gallery starting at $150. Here’s a selection of some of my fave’s he’d like I reckon.
